Order Process

When you have chosen the stone surface and colour for your new worktops.

We can help to make the process from enquiry to the installation as easy as possible, as a guide we normally quote 7-10 working days from templating for installation, This can sometimes vary in busy times, or adverse weather conditions, but our aim is meet all delivery times quoted.

Stage 1: Quotation

You can either use our online quotation request form, or email or fax us a plan including as much information as you can please include material required and colour, this will enable us to prepare and email a quotation to you, we will try to this back to you within 24 hours of your initial enquiry.

Stage 2: Ordering

Once you are happy to order, please contact us on 0800 612 8986 quoting the reference at the top of our quotation. We will then contact you to arrange a convenient date and time for templating.

Stage 3: Templating

At the time of templating we will require that all kitchen units to be in their final positions, we would also request that any hobs, sinks, extractors are on site to allow final positions of cut-outs to be agreed.

Following our visit you will receive a final order confirmation that will detail the requirements discussed this will also include any works that may be required prior to installation ie plumbing, electrical.

It will also make clear the deposit payment required, this will need to paid by credit card*, debit card or BACS. Manufacturing of your worktops will not start until order confirmation and the deposit payment received.

Please note: All credit card payments will be subject to a 3% surcharge.

Stage 4: Installation

Once you worktop has been produced and is ready for installation a member of our customer service team will contact you to arrange a convenient time for installation, if any additional works are required on day of installation we would ask that this arranged so the installation is not delayed. Payment of balance will need to be arranged on the day of installation
